HARVEST OF SOULS!!!
Greetings to you and all my brothers and sisters at the Shackle Island Church, trust this report finds you well.
On April 9, 2025 we meet for our first quarter appraisal meeting and fellowship. During our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team first quarter appraisal and fellowship meeting at Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong village in Ukanafun Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
Fifty three (53) teammates was in attendance who shares their progress and challenges during the 2025 first quarter of our many Bible Seminars/Evangelism campaigns in eleven local congregations of the Lord’s Church.
A total of sixty seven (67) Souls obeyed the Gospel and was baptized into Christ while 13 erring brethren was restored back to the faith during the numerous Bible Seminars during and after various follow up by our teammates.
It was also reported by the Preacher of Ikot Akpan Eyo Church that those keepers of Traditional Shrine who got baptized thereafter burnt their Shrine and idols, also brought one of their own who obeyed the Gospel last Sunday and was baptized into Christ. We pray for more.
Before the appraisal meeting, our team of Evangelists embarked on a brief follow up and a denominational church Preacher who was not properly taught the New Testament Church was found who came visiting. When we engaged him with the pure Gospel of Christ like the disciples in Acts 19, He (Israel Okon) was baptized into Christ. See attached pictures and short video.
Your generosity towards our many Bible Seminars/ Evangelism, Bibles/Hymnals for the newly baptized and those in need, Free Medical services (Eye check/Glasses), Food for the needy and work fund for the needy Preachers really payoff, God bless you.

* Prayers for the Shackle Island Church.
* Songs of praises to God.
* Keynote on various evangelism strategy.
* Reports of work during and after our Bible Seminars/ Evangelism.
* Follow-up on prospects.
* Meal Fellowship.
* Work fund distribution etc.
The month of April 2025 was agreed as vacation month while we will continue our team work in May 2025 Lord willing.
