HARVEST OF SOULS!
Greetings to you and my brothers and sisters at the Shackle Island Church of Christ, trust this report finds you well.
This brief report covers Sixteen (16) days from January 31, 2025 to February 15, 2025, covering our two Bible Seminars/Evangelism at:
* Church of Christ Ikot Akpa Idem village on January 31 to February 1,
* Church of Christ, Ikot Anta village on February 6-8, 2025 and
* Reports from our local congregations during the period of the report.
BIBLE SEMINAR AT IKOT AKPA IDEM ON JANUARY 31-FEBRUARY 1 ON THE THEME ” ANCIENT PATHS”
Our Bible Seminar/Evangelism at Church of Christ, Ikot Akpa Idem, Ukanafun, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria on the Theme” ANCIENT PATHS” feature Dior to Door Evangelism, Open Air Preaching at Village square, FREE MEDICAL SERVICES (EYE TEST AND GLASSES) were 87 Needy people received free Medical Care, Eye Test/ Glasses and Free Blood Pressure Check/Blood Sugar Check.
EVENT SUMMARY:
DAY 1, January 31, 2025 witness Door to Door Evangelism and Open Air Preaching at the village square at night, Prayers for the Community and the oppressed. Attendance was massive as villagers came out in their number listen to the Gospel and asked questions about the Ancient Paths.
DAY 2, February 1, 2025 begin with sporting activities, Breakfast Meal, followed by Door to Door Evangelism, Indoor Bible Lecture, Free Eye Check/Glasses 🕶️, and Lunch (Meal Fellowship).
One Soul obeyed the Gospel while the erring brethren repent and was restored back to the faith, the saved edified to remain saved till the day of Christ. Many who benefited from our benevolence of Free Medical Care pray for God’s blessings on the donors.
Praying for many who hears the Gospel we preached to come to the knowledge of Christ and His Church.
SUNDAY FEBRUARY 2, 2025 FULL OF SOULS HARVEST!
On February 2, 2025 being the first Sunday of the month at Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong village in Ukanafun Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
I preached the sermon from Matthew 5:13-16 after which we go on follow up mission on those we preached to during our Bible Seminar/ Evangelism in the neighborhood.
* THREE (3) PRECIOUS SOULS obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ , each of the newly baptized was empowered with the Holy Book to help their new found faith.
* ONE SOUL baptized at Church of Christ Ata Essien Obio Akpa village same February 2, 2025.
* ONE SOUL baptized into Christ at Ikot Anta village same February 2,2025.
* ONE SOUL baptized into Christ at Church of Christ, Ikot Ibritam same February 2 2025 a congregation we just concluded our Bible Seminar in January 24-25, 2025
Pray for the newly baptized to grow strong in Christ and for the Labourers to strengthen to do more for Christ and His Church.
BIBLE SEMINAR/ EVANGELISM AT CHURCH OF CHRIST, IKOT ANTA VILLAGE ON THE THEME ” BACK TO THE BIBLE” ON FEBRUARY 6-8,2025:
NINE (9) SOULS BAPTIZED INTO CHRIST DURING THE EVENT.
It was a hectic and busy week for me and our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team.
The build up started on Wednesday February 5 were some teammates went to Ikot Anta on strategic evangelism, on February 6 to 8, our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team were on ground on the rural areas mission at Church of Christ, Ikot Anta village and it’s environ.
Our work featured:
* Door to Door Evangelism morning and afternoon for 3 Days within Ikot Anta village and it’s environ
* Open Air Preaching at Village square for Two (2) Nights.
* Indoor Bible Seminar for Two (2) days.
* 127 Needy people received Free Medical Care (68 for Eye Test/Glasses) others for Free Blood Pressure Check Blood Sugar Check, Malaria Test, Drugs and Health Talk etc.
* Meal Fellowship etc.
EFFECTS:
NINE (9) PRECIOUS SOULS obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ while the erring brethren was restored and the saved edified during our 3 Days at Ikot Anta village.
Pray for the newly baptized to grow strong in Christ and for the Labourers to be strengthen, Good Health, Resources and more Grace and Mercy on us and our families.
SUNDAY FEBRUARY 9,2025:
* ONE SOUL obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ at Ikot Unah village a neighboring village to Ikot Anta village that we preached to on Friday February 7 during our just concluded Bible Seminar/ Evangelism Door to Door segment.
* THREE (3) SOULS baptized into Christ at Ata Essien Obio Akpa village same Sunday February 9
* The church at Ikot Odiong went on follow up evangelism at Obon Odor village a neighboring village.
SATURDAY February 15, I spoke at the Preacher’s Forum at Campus Church of Christ, Nigeria Christian Academy, Etim Ekpo on the Importance of Self Examination drawn from 2 Corinthians 13:5
TOTAL HARVEST OF SOULS:
* Twenty (20 Souls obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ between January 31 to February 15, 2025 during our Bible Seminars/Evangelism and follow up by our Evangelists at the Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team in their various local congregations of the Lord’s Church

PLANNED GREAT WORKSHOP:
Lord willing, on Tuesday February 18, I will be leading our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team to the 2025 WBS Great Workshop at Ukpagada Church of Christ,in Ogoja northern Cross River State, we hope to meet Chad Wagner and his team there and work with him till Saturday February 22,2025. We need your prayers for safe travels on the long distance journey to go over and evangelize and for successful mission.
Also, pray for our remaining Three (3) other planned Bible Seminars/Evangelism in March 2025 at the following areas:
* March 6-7, at At Essien Obio Akpa village Church of Christ.
* March 15 : Women Gospel Meeting at Ikot Odiong
* March 21-22 at Church of Christ, Ikot Akpan Eyo village
