Greetings to you both and to all my brothers and sisters at the Shackle Island Church of Christ, trust this report finds you well.
The month of June 2024 was great and the report will focus more on June 16 -30 as I have already sent a report covering the early days of the month.
* Sunday 16, I worshiped and preached the sermon at two different local congregations namely:
1. Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong A Soul obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ.
2. Church of Christ at Ikot Akpa Idem a village were we had a. Bible Seminar/Evangelism early this year, I Preached the Sermon and A Soul obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ.
Still at At Church of Christ Ikot Edah were we had Bible Seminar/ Evangelism in May this year, the Preacher reports Three (3) Baptism
* June 21 – 22, We hold a Bible Seminar/Evangelism at Church of Christ, Ndot Ikot Ed, and many denominational churches Preachers were in attendance. Three (3) Souls obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ. There was great joy among the brethren because of the new Souls.
* June 23. I preached the sermon at Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong on the topic ” Christ and His Church” , a erring brother was restored back to the faith from his sinful ways.
* June 27. Our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team went on Evangelism campaigns at Ikot Ibekwe village, a young man was baptized into Christ after confessing Christ.
* June 30, Church of Christ at Ikot Udo Mbang village where one of our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team members, serving as Preacher reports One baptism.
*** Between June 16-30, a total of:
– One Bible Seminar
– Two Evangelism campaigns
– One Restoration of an erring brother
– Ten (10) Souls baptized into Christ.
PLANS FOR 3rd QUARTER 2024:
* Follow up campaigns by our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team on areas we have preached in the past.
* July 19 -31, I will be joining Mike Udam on a short missionary trips to Guinea and Sierra Leone to help train church leaders and other Christian on Evangelism and Church growth. At Sierra Leone, I will work with Editi Obot who is my co labourer. Lord willing. I need your continued prayers for successful mission, strength and resources to help in answering this clarion call.
* August 2024: I am billed to serve as a guest Preacher in the training of Preachers and Church leaders at Lagos and Abuja on Evangelism Strategy. Lord willing.
– Also in August,, I will join Chad Wagner at the annual Bible Lectureship at West Nigeria Bible College, Abeokuta and the Nigerian Christian Bible College NCBC, Ukpom Abak Lord willing. We will also go on Evangelism campaigns as a team.
* September 2024: Follow up mission, Strategy meeting and Gospel campaigns.
