Happy Lord’s day, hope you all at the Shackle Island Church of Christ had a successful worship service, mine was great as I, my wife and little son Ekemini visited with the church at Ikot Osute today where I preached the sermon and a young boy (Idem Marcus) Obeyed the Gospel and baptized into Christ Today.
The church at Ikot Osute village is twenty one (21) months old and God has been so gracious with our efforts there.
Some Brethren help in the building of a permanent place of worship for the Lord church at Ikot Osute and today was the first day they meet in that newly constructed building for worship. One of the family whose wife gave birth to a baby boy last week brought the baby to the church and brethren rejoicing for Spiritual and physical addition in the church at Ikot Osute.
About 80 worshippers in attendance including children among them were 8 visitors whose One of them (Idem Marcus) Obeyed the Gospel today during my sermon and baptized into Christ.
The newly baptized received Bible and Hymnal from your donation.
Also, the children Bible class, those who can read were about 20 who received New Testament Bible from your kind donation to help them grow in faith.
The church at Ikot Osute is one of the fastest growing church among the churches planted though my Evangelism efforts with my teammates.
They need your prayers for more growth in both Spiritual and numerical etc.
Your Bible Seminar /Evangelism support, Free Eye Test /Glasses, Food for the Needy, Free Bibles and Hymnals to mostly new converts and sinners /Saints who have the need and your financial support to me and my teammates is a great boost to Christ kingdom in Nigeria.
