Greetings from my physical and Spiritual families to my brothers and sisters at the Shackle Island Church of Christ.
It was yet another great month in my service to God in Christ kingdom in July 2017, despite challenges faced in the rural areas. God is faithful for giving me increase in my efforts and that of my coworkers, glory be to God.
* Series of Evangelism campaigns was carried out during the month in different villages mostly on those that we have newly planted congregation of the Lord church as well as areas we hope to plant new congregation in the future.
* There was follow up to newly planted churches, New converts, prospects and WBS students, both personal and team effort was employed in this direction and the effects was tremendous.
* A WBS seminar was held at Ikot Akpan Eyo on the theme “The One True Church” , participants was drawn from denominational churches in the neighborhood, we hope the Seeds sown would yield bountiful harvest for the Lord’s church.
* Our Bible training center in Ukanafun “the Nigeria Christian College of Evangelism” has a new student and both the students and instructors was involved in Evangelism campaigns and church leadership seminar in local congregations in the rural areas and is a great retreat for the churches in this part of the state.
* At Ikot Odiong church of Christ, we had an indoor Bible seminar where some denominational church leaders was in attendance, a deaconess from Christ Apostolic church denominational church baptized into Christ.
* Also, during our door to door Evangelism campaigns in the neighboring villages of Ikot Odiong, an Assemblies of God church denominational leader Baptized into Christ.
* It’s been a raining season here in my part of the country and it affects some of our schedules, but glad for the success in our endeavors.
* in July 2017, Two (2) souls put on Christ in baptism and many others edified to remain saved till the day of Christ.
* Between August 1st – 4th, 2017, I will be joining other brethren at the Nigerian Christian Bible College (NCBC) Ukpom, Abak, which we are already there for the annual Spiritual retreat. Pray for our success in every endeavor. Full report after the event already yesterday 24 souls baptized into Christ, hope for more. See attached photos of NCBC 2017.
Thank you so much for your magnanimity to me and my coworkers, your generosity really payoff as it is evident in many coming to the knowledge of Christ while the Saints being edified. God bless you. My prayers always go with you, please pray for me, my family, my ministry, my coworkers and for peace in our communities.
