The month of August 2017 was a very busy one and I give God the glory for using our little efforts to impact greatly in Christ kingdom in Nigeria. Again, thank you to Shackle Island church for standing by us in both Spiritual and financial support which has really strengthen our efforts and thus, yield tremendous harvest for His kingdom. God bless you, the Sisters Class and all in Jesus Name.
Between August 1-4, I led brethren and some of my coworkers to the 2017 annual Bible lectureship of the Nigerian Christian Bible College (NCBC) Ukpom Abak were we have over 5000 participants, and eighty (80) souls put on Christ through baptism. It was also great to work with Chad Wagner and his team at the NCBC. Between August 4-6, I departed NCBC to another 2 days Church leadership seminar at Church of Christ in Rumukuta, Rivers State were I served as a guest speaker and also ministered during Sunday worship before returning home. Participants at the leadership seminar was drawn from 29 local congregations in River State. It was great to serve and do a lot of counseling for youths and adults.
Between 14-19, the churches in Northern Cross River State converge at Ogoja for a capacity building seminar were I led Evangelism campaigns, and it was fruitful as many showed interest especially the denominational leaders. On Sunday 20, I preached the sermon at Ikot Odiong and after worship, I led the church on door to door Evangelism in the neighborhood.
Also at Ikot Akpan Essien were we have a 5 months old church, my Evangelism team lead a door to door Evangelism campaign were two (2) souls baptized into Christ.
The church at Ikot Akpan Eyo in August dedicated the month to Evangelism campaigns and fellowship were all members go out visit brethren, preach to their love one and the neighborhood. Hope this effort will bring more to Christ.
Our Bible training program “Nigeria Christian College of Evangelism” NCCE, Ukanafun has another 3 new students and the level two students are now writing their semester examination. September and October 2017 is declared an Evangelism field work for the level two students.
It was indeed a very busy month and I tried to get some good rest but duty call prevented in most cases couple with too much of rain.
Your continued support in prayers and finances and donations of Bible and Hymnals for our evangelism is highly appreciated as it really boost our evangelistic efforts which resulted in many harvest for His kingdom. Thank you and God bless.
